Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same opera pending availability. Fees and ticket price increase apply.
In the event you exchange into a lower price, we cannot refund the difference.
The Opera Festival of Chicago reserves the right to revoke the license granted by a ticket. The ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers relating to any event presented by the Opera Festival of Chicago.
One entry per ticket. Unauthorized duplication of tickets may prevent admittance to the event.
Late seating is at the discretion of house management and may not be available for certain programs and seating locations.
Artists, prices, and programs are subject to change.
Opera performances and presentations may contain subject matter not suitable for younger audiences. The Opera Festival of Chicago presentations are not edited for specific audiences. Parents and guardians of attendees assume responsibility for determining the appropriateness of programs for all ticket holders. All children, regardless of age, must have their own tickets for all performances.
The Opera Festival of Chicago follows all security protocols of its presenting venues and reserves the right to search bags for security reasons. Oversized bags are not permitted within the performance venues.
By attending any Opera Festival of Chicago presentation, the ticket holder acknowledges and voluntarily agrees to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, following required healthy & safety measures and all other terms and conditions. The Opera Festival of Chicago follows all CDC and Illinois Department of Health safety measures and ticket holders are required to follow any current policies regarding face coverings. Opera Festival of Chicago ticketing and attendance policies are subject to change and are subject to city and state public health guidelines.
Attendees who are disrespectful to other guests, staff, or volunteers may also be asked to leave.
The Opera Festival of Chicago reserves the right to record performances, including the audience, for future broadcast or promotion. Your attendance at this event shall be deemed consent and permission to use your image, as captured in photograph or on video, in connection with the promotion and marketing of the Opera Festival of Chicago and its related events.
